What is Yammy Station?

Yammy Station started as a small business in the early 2011 with the name Shieda Aizz Blended. The company was build by two young school leavers that has just finished their schooling years and at that time was discovering ways to approach Malaysian market throughout experimentation, self-research and their self-determination to achieve what others might not have think at their age. Alhamdulillah, after 4 years we are now standing strong together with other great brands to bring not only the high quality products but in par if not better with super brand available in the market today. To our customers, thank you for your support and we both know that success begins with small steps and give a pat on your back for giving yourself a chance to be Malaysian entrepreneur. As we all always say, Malaysia Boleh! Apart from distributing the products that we manufactured. We have now also opened this virtual shop to all Malaysians allowing them to use this platform to promote their items to be sell via this virtual Mart. What delivery options can I choose?

In the checkout menu, you will be asked to fill in your address. If you have not yet register an account with us, you may be asked to do so before you could proceed with checking out. Registering is easy. You can login by using your social account ie. Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter.

Remember to fill in the correct shipping and billing address to avoid any difficulties (you can definitely have the same shipping and billing address, most of us do). After that proceed with choosing your delivery option.

There are four main shipping methods available in Yammy Station, each with different cost which are calculated based on weight. The available options are as follows:

  • Local Pickup
    COST: Free
    DETAILS: Local self-pickup directly from our store. Recommended if you are ordering in bulk to avoid high courier fees. Pickup is available daily from 10.30am-7pm at our shop. We will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.
    ADDRESS: Lot 3230B Jalan Sekolah Off Jalan Rantau Panjang, 42100 Klang, Selangor.
  • Courier Delivery (Malaysia)
    COST: Ranges based on weight of total order
    DETAILS: Available for East and West Malaysia
    Total cost will be calculated automatically based on weight. We subsidized 40% of total shipping cost from all purchase order which are calculated automatically by our system.  To see the details calculation of weight based shipping. Please refer to the next section below.
  • Free Shipping
    COST: Free (ONLY eligible for Peninsular/East Malaysia)
    DETAILS: Only available for certain items such as our Starter Package. If you are ordering starter package from our website and shipping to eligible free shipping address, our system will detect it automatically and allow free shipping for your order.
    NOTE: If you wish to add additional item, please order it separately on another order. Our system will not allow free shipping if non-applicable item is placed together during checkout.

How is Courier Delivery cost calculated in Yammy Station?

Total shipping cost for Courier Delivery are calculated based on the total weight of the item in your cart. It is calculated automatically from by our system and will be shown to you before you are asked to make payment to us. The total cost of shipment will be shown at the checkout page. Delivery are made via GDEX (Penisular Malaysia) and Pos Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). The details of cost calculation is as follow:

  • PENISULAR MALAYSIA (GST inclusive)
    (ETA: 3-5 Working days)
    * Postage rate for the first 10 kg is RM14.00
    * Additional postage rate for the next 1 kg is RM1.00
  • SABAH & SARAWAK (Price not GST inclusive)
    Courier Delivery via Sea (ETA: 2-4 weeks)
    * Postage rate for the first 1 kg is RM8.00
    * Additional postage rate for the next 1 kg is RM2.00
    Courier Delivery via Air (ETA: 1-2 weeks)
    * Postage rate for the first 2 kg is RM7.00
    * Additional postage rate for the next 1 kg is RM4.50

How can i make payment for my order?

We have setup FIVE different ways to make payment for your order. Please refer to the information below to read through the details of each payment method. The FOUR payment methods are as follows:

  • Manual Bank Transfer
    You will be given our Maybank and CIMB account number to pay your order via bank transfer. You will need to transfer the correct ‘Order Total’ amount for your order to our bank account. Please make sure that you keep your proof of payment via screenshot/picture as a reference for you and for us. Send the proof of payment to our Facebook Page OR hotline +60163913673 (Rashidah WhatsApp) OR to our email at sales@yammystation.com. Order will only be sent once payment is cleared.
  • Online Bank Transfer
    Simple and fast payment using Malaysian Online Banking system (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Ambank, RHB Now, Hong Leong, Alliance, Public Bank). Subjected to RM1 transaction fees (FPX Charge).
  • Paypal / Credit Card
    An easy and safe payment gateway to pay for your order via Credit Card or Debit Card. Paypal accept VISA and Mastercard worldwide with a small transaction fee that applies. You will be charge RM4 + 3.9% of your total order which will be shown in the cart before checkout.
  • Account fund
    A special method to pay for your order where users can get 2% off from their total amount. To use this payment method you will need to topup your account with minimum of RM200 before proceeding with checkout. You will be able to used your account fund to pay for your current and future purchase. The account fund that you top up does not have any expiry.

Once you have determined which payment method that you would like to choose please proceed by clicking the ‘Place Order’ button. You will be direct to the end of the checkout page and your order will be notified to us for further action. You will be able to check your order status in ‘My Account’.

Will you give me a tracking number?

Sure, we provided tracking numbers to our customers manually at the moment due to lack of manpower. Do notify us via Whatsapp regarding your order and tracking number. When your order ships out we will keep the tracking number with us.. We’ll provide the tracking number as soon as your order ships, but it sometimes takes the number 24-48 hours to go live within the shipper’s system.

When will my order ship?

Order will be sent out to courier service the next following day during weekdays after confirmation of payment. Please allow generous time for us to prepare your order to ensure everything is in order and you received the order safe and sound. Once your order is shipped within 1-3 business days. When your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email that includes your tracking information (on request). Orders including kiosk, generator and printed products may require slightly longer processing time as we need to deal with our supplier for it. We do keep reasonable stock in our store to make sure everything goes smooth and well. Do ask us first if there’s any concern regarding our stock.

Can I change the shipping address for one of my orders?

As long as your order has not been sent to our shipping and packing department at our warehouse, you can change the shipping address for your order in your account. Click on the link next to your order to change your shipping address. If a link to change your shipping address does not appear, your order has either already shipped or has been sent to shipping and packing at our warehouse.

We’d also like to add a healthy reminder to be absolutely sure that your shipping address is entered correctly. In order to feature so many different products and brands, our warehouse is designed to move very quickly. Once your order is being packaged, we no longer have time to change the shipping address. We also don’t have the ability to reship orders that are returned to sender. Stay on top of your game and make sure that your shipping information is 100% accurate, and there will be nothing to worry about.

How do I cancel my order?

How do I cancel my order?
If you ever need to cancel an order after placing it, just go to your order history within 30 minutes of your purchase. You’ll be able to make modifications there as long as the order hasn’t been sent to packaging.
If more than 30 minutes have passed since placing your order, go to the Contact Us page and use the comment box to send us your cancellation request. Please include your order number and specific details about the item(s) you want to remove from your order. We will notify you of the status of your cancellation within 1-2 business days.

**Please note: Orders that have already been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping cannot be canceled, added to, or modified. Our warehouse works fast, so we may not always be able to cancel orders for items that are already in stock

Can I get a coupon code?

The best way to catch the latest Yammy Station codes and promotions is by following us on Twitter or Facebook, where we’ll drop limited access to exclusive codes that get you extra savings. If you see a coupon code, jump on it — they don’t last long. Also, please note that while most coupon and promo codes will still work with built in sales on the site (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free), you can typically only use one promo code per order.

Do you have international shipping?

We currently ship to South East Asia region: Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, Vietnam, and West Malaysia. Packages outside of the US are shipped via Post Malaysia and will be delivered by a local carrier. We’re working hard to expand across the globe.
